$8.00/month, and he appeared in Shaftsbury 24 Mar 1855, at the age of 91 [ !
] to lay his claim for the newly enacted Bounty Land Law.
He
declared on his 1818 [[ae 55] pension: wife, Deborah, ae 58 [b. ca 1760]
son, Henry, ae 25 [b. ca
1793], who was disabled owing to 'no bone in one leg from the hip to the knee
occasioned by a fever sore.'
